Currently, I am in the middle of the admissions process, so I am quite busy. However, I do want to point something out. Texas has just come out of an extremely hot summer which included about 45 days where the temperature exceeded 100 degrees. But the past two weeks have been just as weird. Almost every other day had rain. Texas is usually very dry, and it never rains for long periods of time. This past summer included basically no rain up to this point. Yet, every day is very humid, and clouds block out the sun . I think the heat is still there, but the rain is just masking it.  I do not know the scientific cause of this, but I just wanted to point out the strangeness of it. Personally, I enjoy the rain because it has brought the temperature down to bearable temperatures, and as a soccer player, I welcome showers to cool me off during a hard workout.
